Vice President, Development and Construction

Aaron has managed development and private equity investment projects involving Fortune 500 clients including General Electric, Sony, Diageo, and Halliburton across North American and Europe. He served as the Development Manager at W.W. Reynolds on several noteworthy projects along the Colorado front range including a $250 million, 950,000 SF corporate campus for a $2 billion client in Fort Collins, Colorado and the first historic building nationally to receive two LEED certifications located in Lower Downtown Denver. His experience includes conducting the business site due diligence for greenfield manufacturing facilities in Monterey, Mexico, and the entitlement and development of a combined 45-acre parcel at the front door of the BNSF Intermodal facility in Edgerton, Kansas.

With more than $250 million in projects currently underway across the Midwest, Aaron oversees all aspects of the development, entitlement, debt and equity raise processes for Copaken Brooks. In 2015 he was nominated for and inducted into ULI’s NEXT Global 100, a group of 100 individuals from around the globe who have made notable contributions to their field.
