Property Manager

Alysia joined Copaken Brooks in December of 2015. She is currently the Assistant Property Manager at a major software corporation headquarters facility in Lenexa, Kansas, where she assists with the day-to-day operations, event coordination, and management of the company’s 260,000 sq. ft. multibuilding complex. She also assists with other Copaken Brooks properties in the City Center Lenexa development and a retail strip center also located in Lenexa near 87th and Maurer.

Prior to joining Copaken Brooks, Alysia spent eight years in the commercial mortgage servicing industry. She has worked for two of the Top 5 Servicers in the country, PNC Real Estate/Midland Loan Services and KeyBank, performing financial analysis, due diligence, loan valuation, and lease reviews, as well as special servicing for distressed loans. She has also performed property inspections for retail, office, and multifamily properties all over the United States and is certified by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily property inspections.

Alysia possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, which combined with her strong analytical and problem solving skills help support her passion for providing quality customer service. Sustaining the highest levels of tenant/client satisfaction is her number one priority.

Alysia attended Emporia State University and is currently completing additional coursework to further develop her skill set and increase her knowledge of the real estate industry. She plans to pursue her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI).
