Eric Wyancko

Construction Manager

Eric Wyancko is the latest addition the development team as Construction Project Manager. As a construction professional with a strong background in project management, real estate development, and entrepreneurship, Eric provides the unique balance between a building’s design and its implementation. Eric’s experience includes working on local, national, and global projects ranging from construction management to real estate development. He brings a can-do collaborative attitude to his work.

In his previous role as a VP of Project and Development Services with Jones Lang LaSalle, Eric was responsible for cultivating relationships within the Kansas City market place, delivering projects like The Mutual Fund Store’s National HQ in Overland Park, Kansas and Clorox Corporation’s Regional Sales HQ in Bentonville, Arkansas. Prior to JLL, he worked for Burger King Corporation as a Senior Real Estate and Construction Manager and delivered 35+ restaurants in 16 states in one year. Prior to this while working In Denver, Colorado and running his own firm, Eric leveraged his entrepreneurial spirit on infill development deals encompassing multifamily, restaurant, boutique hotel, and condo projects. Eric’s firm played a crucial role as an equity partner and consultant on The Spire, Denver’s iconic 40-story condo project in the heart of downtown.

Eric’s career started in the construction industry with JE Dunn where he was trained as a project manager. There he worked on projects like the Argosy Casino expansion in North Kansas City and Belmar in Lakewood, Colorado, a $500mm regional mall redevelopment; one of Colorado’s most successful mixed-use projects. Eric is a Kansas City Native, lives with his wife Heather in Lenexa, and proudly works to improve Kansas City’s landscape one block at a time.
