Oak Park Mall

Oak Park Mall was originally developed and built by CWB in 1975 and remains the premier shopping destination in the Kansas City metropolitan area.  In 1997, the premier national anchor tenant - Nordstrom - was added to the center, further solidifying its dominance in the market.  Simultaneous with the Nordstrom addition, a 68,000 square foot mall expansion was as completed, the existing mall was renovated and two of the anchors (J. C. Penney and Dillard's) expanded and renovated their stores.
