First Scout is now Copaken Brooks

First Scout Realty Advisors and Copaken, White & Blitt recently announced they have merged their firms effective September 1, 2010. The new company will be known as Copaken Brooks and will office in downtown Kansas City. Copaken Brooks will provide a full range of real estate services to multi-market clients throughout the US as well as focusing on office, industrial, retail and mixed-use property investments in the Midwest.
