Alysia joined Copaken Brooks in December of 2015 and for two years helped manage a major software corporation headquarters facility in Lenexa, Kansas, assisting with the day-to-day operations, event coordination, and management of the company’s 260,000 square foot multi-building complex. She currently manages several buildings in the downtown portfolio, including the headquarters offices for Andrews McMeel Universal and WallStreet Tower and Union Carbide condominium properties. She is responsible for the daily operations, service requests, service contracts, monthly reporting and preparation of annual operating and capital improvement budgets.
Prior to joining Copaken Brooks, Alysia spent eight years in the commercial mortgage servicing industry. She has worked for two of the top five servicers in the country, PNC Real Estate/Midland Loan Services and KeyBank, performing financial analysis, due diligence, loan valuation, and lease reviews, as well as special servicing for distressed loans. She has also performed property inspections for retail, office, and multifamily properties all over the United States and is certified by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily property inspections.
Alysia possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, which combined with her strong analytical and problem solving skills help support her passion for providing quality customer service. Sustaining the highest levels of tenant/client satisfaction is her number one priority.
Alysia is pursuing her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI).
