OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the firm will be moving its Overland Park office later this year to a new property owned and managed by Copaken Brooks, a leading full-service Commercial Real Estate company headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.

The relocation to 6201 College Boulevard in Overland Park, Kansas, will give Spencer Fane more capacity to accommodate growth with an increased need for office space and conference rooms. The Class A seven-story office building recently went through renovations on the first and second floor with an expanded outdoor patio. Spencer Fane will occupy 22,017 square feet in Suite 500 of the building.
