(Lenexa, Kansas) Copaken Brooks is excited to welcome The One Bridal to The District at City Center Lenexa. The bridal boutique will lease 5,012 square feet on the ground floor of Penn III at The District beginning late Summer 2020.

The One offers a curated, exclusive collection of fashion-forward and traditional wedding gowns for every bride through a tailor-made bridal experience. From small unique design houses to big-name designers, The One will offer one the largest selections of bridal designers in Kansas City, as well as in-house alterations, complimentary dress storage and steaming, completely custom dress design, private bridal suites and a separate area for bridesmaid, mother of the bride/groom and flower girl dresses. Their space will include seven large private bridal suites, separate bridesmaids’ area that can be used for private bridal party shopping experiences.

Our mission is to make The One Kansas City’s most beloved bridal experience, and we’re excited to carry out this mission at a place like The District.”

Prior to opening, The One will offer virtual bridal appointments for brides still trying to plan their big day while social distancing. Brides will be able to review designers and dresses and select three dresses to be delivered to their home for try-on. Dresses are sanitized and steamed at a high temperature between try-ons so brides can feel safe. The One will also offer a limited, budget conscious, selection of dresses that can be purchased online through their website for brides who need dresses in a shorter timeframe. Bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, flower girl dresses, shoes and accessories will also be available for purchase on online, and later in their store.

The District Shops will include a variety of unique stores, restaurants and cafes in the heart of Lenexa’s new downtown.
