(Kansas City, Mo.) Copaken Brooks is excited to welcome Superior Moving & Storage to the firm’s Downtown Business Park. The company started leasing 86,363 square feet at 3177 Mercier in Midtown beginning May 1.

Since 1914, Superior has been a family-owned, local business committed to Kansas City and the surrounding communities. As a fourth-generation company, Superior has a long history of relocating businesses, homes and people in Kansas City and the surrounding communities. Superior began leasing 35,000 square feet of the building in 2014 for storage but recently sold its 2020 Walnut property, moving its full operation to Downtown Business Park as its new headquarters.
