To File a Maintenance Request:

For life and/or property-threatening emergencies, call 911; then report to the phone number listed below when safe to do so.

Please use the following form to report non-urgent maintenance issues from 8AM to 5PM, Monday-Friday. Call your property manager to report urgent matters only. During non-business hours and holidays, dial 816.471.2879 who will dispatch the maintenance engineer.

Please note: This is for Cambridge Business Park, Downtown Business Park, and Downtown Underground tenants, only. If this does not apply, contact your property manager or file your request through Angus.
