1034 Main Tower

1034 Main Street Garage — This proposed office building would be constructed on top of the existing garage, which was pre-designed and pre-engineered to accommodate not only an expansion of the garage, but the creation of a 30 story, 600,000 square foot office tower on top of it. The 1034 Main Street Garage would have direct access to the lobby from Main Street and would be in the heart of the Kansas City, Missouri downtown.
However, as of Q1 2013, there were no actual plans to develop for the foreseeable future. See our current developments.
