Brett Brase is a seasoned financial professional, serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. With a strong background in financial analysis, construction management, and a profound focus on real estate, Brett brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Copaken Brooks. His ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and find innovative solutions has been instrumental in his success.

Before joining Copaken Brooks, Brett dedicated eight years to NorthPoint Development, contributing significantly to their evolution from a small startup into one of the nation’s premier industrial development companies. At NorthPoint, Brett served as Regional Accounting Director where he and his team managed an extensive portfolio encompassing 50 million square feet, 80 properties, 200 legal entities, and numerous tenants. Brett also managed investor relations within his region overseeing $1B of investor equity.

In his current role at Copaken Brooks, Brett leads the Finance and Accounting teams, spearheads Property Business Planning and Budgeting processes, serves as the primary point of contact for property investors, and guides the analysts in modeling acquisition and development proformas. His support extends across all facets of the financial operations, demonstrating his integral role within the company.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Brett actively contributes to shaping the strategic vision and plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s overall success.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
