BIOGRAPHY
Nora knows the importance of taking care of business, but she also makes sure residents experience excellent service. Her deep connection with her tenants is the driving force behind everything she does. Through well-crafted communication, including fluency in Spanish, she helps tenants feel welcome and at home in their new communities.
Nora’s 16 years of experience includes all aspects of multi-family property management, from market rate, affordable housing, tax credit, and new construction. This familiarity assists her with building improvement projects and budgeting.
Prior to joining Copaken Brooks in March 2022, Nora worked at Bristile Properties managing three communities and 30 single family homes. Currently, she oversees day-to-day management and operations of Frontier Lawrence by handling lease agreements, expirations, renewals, marketing, social media, vendor scheduling and negotiations, and capital improvements.
As a well-rounded manager, Nora is proficient in app development and portfolio construction. Her expertise and annual certification in fair housing regulations ensures that no one gets left behind.
