Town Pavilion honored with Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Award
“Kansas City real estate developers had their work cut out for them,” said the Kansas City Business Journal, as it honors 28 local, outstanding real estate and development projects completed in 2021 for this years Capstone.
Copaken Brooks is proud to have a winner in the 2022 Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Awards – office category this year: Town Pavilion.
Originally opening in 1986 as a regional headquarters for AT&T, a civic mall and food court – the 34-story Town Pavilion skyscraper is now the city’s largest multitenant office building. Throughout 2020 and 2021, the building’s lobby and common areas received dramatic improvements creating a high-end modernized oasis designed around community and connectivity. Future-focused upgrades empowered the addition of a concierge center, retail storefront improvements, plus the installation of art-driven video walls providing an art experience alongside ArtsKC’s rotating art display. The undeniable energy of Town Pavilion’s location in combination with the project’s world-class modernization effort delivers a one-of-a-kind tenant experience.
